I was introduced to the real estate business at just five years old, when I would join my mom at her open houses. I became a Realtor® in 2004, then earned my broker license in 2006, and that same year I took the reins as owner of Ross Real Estate. My parents, Don and Nancy, have been successful in the real estate and property management business for over 30 years, and I am proud to follow their example in helping clients buy and sell homes not only in Santa Cruz County, but in San Benito, Monterey, and Siskiyou counties as well.
As a Santa Cruz native, and having grown up around the real estate business, I offer my clients not only a wealth of experience in the buying and selling of their homes, but also a unique knowledge of the lifestyle in the Santa Cruz County area. My focus is on residential single family and multifamily real estate and property management. When you’re selling your home, I can help highlight the features that make your house more attractive to buyers. Conversely, when you’re looking to buy a house, my knowledge of the community can help you find your ideal property. My expert analysis will also help to educate you (when needed) on the differences between cosmetic and structural issues, so you can settle into your newly-purchased home and relax with the confidence that you made a well-informed choice.
As your agent, I am fully committed to you. I will be the one to show you properties and to run your open houses, not an assistant. In addition to helping clients with listings and purchases, I have experience in remodeling, new construction, and I am up to date with the latest laws for rental property owners. For the past couple of years, I have helped clients through the long process of buying bank-owned properties, as well as sticking with clients through sometimes-tedious short sales transactions (both listing and buying).
Because client satisfaction is my number one concern, I recognize the importance of maintaining an open line of communication. I make it a policy to not only return calls as promptly as possible, but also to check in with clients once a quarter to make sure they’re happy.
