Nancy has been a RE Broker since 1985. Until 5 years ago, she owned and operated TRG Property Management, a Santa Cruz County company. TRG Managed over 200 income properties, primarily single family and small multi-unit. She was the founder of Santa Cruz County Property Management Association. Don has been a Contractor and REALTOR® for over 30 years. His specialty is residential income property exchanges. Together, Don and Nancy have personally bought, remodeled, managed, and sold/exchanged over 30 income units in Santa Cruz County and Northern California.
