She loves what she does — helping families and individuals looking for homes to rent, and homeowners looking for long-term renters in Santa Cruz County. She spends her days overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the residential properties under her care. She meets with owners and tenants, prepares contracts, and inspects homes to make sure they’re clean and comfortable places to live.
Her contractor-husband, Don, joined her in the business in the mid-1980s, taking on real estate sales while she handled property management for their company, TRG Property Management. Don’s mother worked as their bookkeeper, and their son, Rob, went along with them to open houses. Then when Rob grew up and decided on a career as a real estate broker, he took over the family business, which is now Ross Real Estate.
Nancy was the founder of Santa Cruz County Property Management Association, and she’s a longtime member and treasurer of Capitola LeTip, a professional networking organization.

In addition to helping clients with listings and purchases, I have experience in remodeling, new construction, and I am up to date with the latest laws for rental property owners. For the past couple of years, I have helped clients through the long process of buying bank-owned properties, as well as sticking with clients through sometimes-tedious short sales transactions (both listing and buying).
